Take your time – with no quibble refunds for up to 14 days: Once you have purchased this service, and so long as you haven’t contacted us via the Cyber Emergency Helpline, you have 14 days within which to change your mind and cancel via your online account for a full refund – so you have plenty of time to work out whether what we can offer is what you need. After that period, no refunds are payable.
